SSB-A, B, C, and D are a series of PET bottle blowing machines characterized by their efficiency and reliability. All key functions of these series machines are handled by a state-of-the-art drive system utilizing gear motors and pneumatics. Thanks to such innovative solutions as an efficient IR-based heating system, a recuperation system, special air collectors, and blowing blocks, as well as the ability to blow bottles from ultra-light preforms, SEPPA machines enable the stable and cost-effective production of high-quality PET bottles.

SSB-A, B,C, and D Series have efficient PET bottle production.

As of today, this SSB-Series comprises 8 types of machines suitable for the production of PET bottles with a capacity ranging from 90 ml to 2500 ml in the SSB 05A and B, as well as the SSB 2D and 4D series. SSB-05 B and SSB 2D offer the highest efficiency, enabling the manufacturing of about 1000 to 1200 500-ml bottles per hour, respectively. SSB-2D-AT is by far the most recognizable SEPPA product, which offers a nominal efficiency of 1200 to 1800 of 500 ml bottles per hour and 1000 to 1400 of 1,500 ml bottles per hour. Product Details:

• Easy Access: The pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment, as well as the cooling system, are easily accessible. A minimum replacement time is required when one type of bottle mould is changed for another one. No special tools are needed.
• The Quartz Oven: Eight vertically, horizontally, and angularly adjustable double lamps can be returned to all for a more uniform heating of any type of preforms before blowing. Preheating is achieved by recirculating hot air exhausted by lamps, and the system automatically adjusts to changes in the ambient temperature.
• An oven with ten lamps (optional) permits the heating of thicker preforms.
• The Control Cabinet: The control cabinet is equipped with a programmable microprocessor with an error status indicator. Setting and adjusting the controls can be done manually. For special climates, the cabinet can be air-conditioned.
• Bi-Axial Orientation: PET is certainly the ideal material, but to retain that title, it also needs the full benefits of bi-axial orientation.
• Bi-axial orientation requires two-stage production. The preform is first produced, and then, within a precise temperature range, it is simultaneously stretched both axially (thanks to stretching rods) and radially by blowing. It is this process that gives the container its strength.
